Marc Carney, the guy who was chosen by Canadians to deal with Trumps' tariffs (and made everything much worsen) , has surpassed his predecessor, the substitute drama teacher Justin Trudeau. Carney has opened a "Pandora box" by asking Americans to stop doing memes and stay serious.
